by means of an unequivocal communication (letter or email) in which you express your decision to revoke the purchase contract.

To comply with the withdrawal period, you only have to send us the notification exercising your right of withdrawal before the expiration of the indicated period.

IMPLICATIONS OF THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you exercise the right of withdrawal from this contract, you will be refunded all payments received or by you, including shipping costs (with the exception of the extra charge derived from the voluntary choice of a shipping method other than the standard shipment offered by us), within a maximum period of 14 days from the day we receive notification of withdrawal from this contract.

For the refund we will use the same payment method that you have used for the purchase process, except that a different method has been agreed between the parties. Under no circumstances will you be charged any amount for the refund of payment.

Braimer Brothers S.L. may refuse to make the refund until the products subject to the withdrawal contract have been returned.

The products subject to the right of withdrawal must be returned immediately and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of notification of withdrawal from the contract. To comply with the agreement, the products of the contract must have been returned before the expiration of the 14-day period. The costs derived from the return of the product / s object of the contract (return costs) will be at your expense.

In case of withdrawal, you will be responsible for the loss of value of the products if that loss of value is caused by improper handling of them and is not necessary to check their nature, properties and operation. For which, the product may have been tested in a paved area and show no signs of wear or use on dirt roads or tracks.
